Nut’N Better Smoothie Bowl

We have SOOOO many smoothie bowl recipes that have featured as our past ‘Bowl of the Month’ specials and we thought why not share them with you to trial at home?!

Above is our collaboration smoothie bowl made with Two Islands, when their delicious Peanut Butter pea protein flavour was launched… this bowl is definitely made for all the peanut butter lovers out there (like us), and the protein matches so well with all the other ingredients in this, it makes it soooo creamy!

We will be sharing our faves each month, and then they will be here forever for you to try whenever you feel like it. If you have any fab ideas for smoothie bowl flavours that we haven’t done before, let us know and we can create a recipe for you!


Ingredients

  • 150g frozen banana slices

  • 120g coconut cream

  • 2 scoops Two Islands peanut butter protein powder

  • 20g pitted dates

Top it with whatever you like, we love a sprinkle of peanuts, cacao nibs, a dollop of crunchy peanut butter, celery (bit crazy but actually delish!), and some banana slices.


Place all ingredients in the blender, starting with your coconut cream or choice of liquid, and if you are wanting a bowl consistency, then don’t walk away - make sure you don’t over blend the mixture!

Pour into a bowl, top, and enjoy…
