Elvis Pretzey Smoothie Bowl

We have SOOOO many smoothie bowl recipes that have been our past ‘Bowl of the Month’ and we thought why not share them all with you to trial at home?!

We will be sharing one of our faves each week, and then they will be here forever for you to try whenever you feel like it.

Ingredients

  • 120g coconut cream

  • 150g frozen banana

  • 1 Tbsp almond butter

  • 40g cooked and cooled kumara/sweet potato

  • 10g pure maple syrup

  • 20g dates

  • dash of Himalayan sea salt


Put all ingredients in a high-powered blender starting with the coconut cream or your choice of liquid. Make sure you don’t over blend if you are wanting a bowl consistency!

This one is meant to be more of a treat smoothie bowl, so you can have it for breakfast, lunch, or dessert. We love to top it with banana slices, crushed pretzel pieces, coconut flakes and a drizzle of maple syrup.
